*Shipping & Logistical UPDATE* We are currently backed up on emails and shipments. This is due to the current COVID-19 environment, incoming delays, and our very large order and processing volume. * Zadeh Kicks offers free domestic US shipping on all orders. International shipping costs based off your item and size. Each additional item in your International order has a decreased shipping cost. Please begin checkout process to see exact shipping cost for your international order.

E.g. Your first item may cost $45. The next item may be an additional $30-$35.

*We ship via both UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to select which shipping carrier your order is shipped with. All larger shipments (bulk) will ship via UPS Ground. Therefore no PO boxes can be accepted on orders over two shoes. Make sure you select a NON PO Box address if your order contains 3 or more shoes (or if order the same shoe in multiple orders). Single shoe shipments typically ship UPS Ground unless your shipping location is located on the West Coast where they may then ship USPS Priority Mail. All international shipments ship via USPS Priority (not UPS).

*Shipment time is listed on all items. Please refer to the handling time on the item for specific time for us to ship your item. Preorders ship after release, in the approximate time listed on the item.  Also also for additional time based off any notes that are added to the site about extended handling time. Once a tracking number is emailed to you, please allow an additional 5 business days for the tracking number to update with the carrier.

*Once a package is delivered, we are NOT responsible for the package being lost or stolen. Please make sure you have a secure mail location or an arrangement worked out with your shipping carriers. We are responsible for all lost shipments, unless it has been delivered and at that point it is your, the buyers responsibility at all times.

*All orders ship to the exact address you have on the specific order shipping address. The only orders that potentially can be revised to a different shipping address after ordering are PRE ORDERS. On a pre order, if you have moved prior to shipment of the item, you must email us with the order number and the new address you would like us to ship to. We reserve the right to refuse changing the address based off how recent the pre order is and the item/order value. Please be aware, updating your user profile address will NOT impact or change the shipping address on any existing order. You will need to email us as stated above since that will only impact new orders after you update your profile address.

*Please verity that your shipping address is correct and updated. If we ship an item and it is lost due to an incorrect address, you the buyer are responsible and you will not be shipped another item nor refunded any money. If you having an incorrect address causes the shipment to return to us (or you not claiming package from carrier),we will need the exact shipping cost for us to reship the item plus an additional $10 for handling paid for us to reship the the item.

*If a package is returned to us unclaimed due to non-receipt or incorrect address, there will either be a 40% restocking fee if we end up not receiving shipping cost from you to reship.

*All international shipments have the possibility of incurring customs charges from your country. We have no control or say over this and is 100% the responsibility of the buyer (you).  Packages returned due to noncustoms payment (if your country charges them in this specific case) will incur the 40% restocking fee and not be re-shipped.
