Shipping and Handling Time
ALL items ship in the handling time listed within that particular item. All in-stock orders are typically sent within 1-3 business days from time of order with tracking information provided. Items listed as pre-orders will ship on or around approximate ship date as outlined in item description. If pre-ordered items are purchased along with in-stock items, they ship as become available, not at once so we do not make you wait. There will be no order cancellations accepted of any kind, even if product has not yet shipped, including pre-ordered items. If we do make an exception and order is cancelled the fee ranges from 20% plus, even if not shipped. Returns/ExchangesAt this time, no returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted on any product, including custom work, in-stock and pre-ordered merchandise. ZadehKicks prides itself on offering quality, 100% authentic product, at competitive pricing with outstanding customer service. However at this time, returns and exchanges cannot be offered through ZadehKicks.com. We are NOT responsible for manufacture defects of any kinds as all our items are authentic and not marked defective or B grade. We cannot control manufacture quality of the items they product.
If an order is requested to be cancelled prior to shipment there is a cancellation fee of 15-40% cancellation fee, which is listed on the individual item. If an item is received and a return is requested, as listed above, we do not accept returns. If we decide to make an exception (out our own digression and rarely will, there will be a 30% restocking fee). International OrdersZadehKicks has no control over shipping time with international orders. We do our best to expedite the shipping process for our international customers once the order is available to be filled. However, there are extraneous factors that may cause a delay in shipping time, such as customs in the particular country in which the item is to be shipped. Duties and customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country’s customs regulations including duties and fees before placing your order. ZadehKicks does our best to mitigate customs fees, but the overall responsibility lies with the customer. Customs fees will not be accepted as a reason for order cancellation or refusal. Refunds will not be offered on any customs fees paid by the customer.
Zadeh Kicks can refuse to sell or service any customer we choose and refund an order at any time if deemed necessary for potential fraud or risk of any kind to Zadeh Kicks.
